If you’re experiencing payment issues, please submit a ticket through our Zendesk support so our team can help.

  • Go to our support portal / Help Center and submit a ticket (look for “Submit a request,” “Contact us,” or the Help widget).
  • In your ticket, include the details below so we can investigate faster.
  • After you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number and next steps.
